This stay was great! Location is beautiful and well kept. It is in a quiet part of Pasadena but has a cute downtown area. Parking is a little pricey but no more than a lot of other hotels. Staff got us in a little early and the room was beautiful, clean, and in an excellent location. I really appreciated how the Front Desk warned us it was a noisey room (it was the only one available for early check in). However, the room was great and we slept like champs!! I do wish we were told about the amenities as we only knew about the pool as we walked past it when checking out. Great service, beautiful hotel, and very clean. Good work Hilton Pasadena!! ;)

This was our first stay at this hotel, and overall it was quite nice. The check-in was a breeze, the front desk staff were excellent, the digital door locks worked well (and also on the elevator, which was helpful). The cleaning staff were prompt and attentive, and the rooms were cleaned really well. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool is dated and could really use a refresh, in terms of signage, chairs / lounges, and decor. OTOH, the gym was modern, very nicely equipped, and everything worked. ||My one negative has to do with pricing in the restaurant / coffee shop. Adding a 20% 'service fee' to everything and THEN adding a tip line on the credit slip is inappropriate. If the menu mentioned the 'service fee' anywhere, I didn't see it. Is the 'servis compris'? If so, tell us that the 20% is going to the staff. If we want to leave a couple of bucks as a 'pourboire', great, but it's not expected. If it's not going to the staff, just tell us that when the menu says '$25', it really means '$30'.

A wonderful hotel. The best Hilton hotel I have visited so far. The decor may not be the most modern, but that is not a problem at all. The service from all staff members, especially the housekeeping team, is excellent. I have never experienced such friendly and attentive employees. Everything is truly as clean as one could possibly imagine. Great care is taken with many small details. Requests are handled immediately, and the valet parking staff are outstanding as well. A very strong recommendation for this hotel.

Positive: Staff is helpful, knowledgeble and supportive! Negative: I wish there was a hot tub. Parking is expensive, but we were able to park our car in the hotel driveway for 10-15 minutes.

Great hotel, location and service. This was a top notch place for us to travel too. Location is great as there are many places to eat, drink and explore within a 10-15 minute walk. The service was excellent and very prompt. The staff went above and beyond on anything we asked. The pool happened to be under repair the week we were there. However, the staff already had a solution and had access to another hotel pool across the street. The only downside to not being a true 5-star was the size of the rooms and the thinner walls. If you are here for fun, you won't be in your room much. The downside is you can hear a lot going on in the halls and adjacent rooms. That's the only negative I can think of. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel.

So far my experience has been great. The check-in was easy, the room is spotless and I have a good view. After a tiring trip yesterday traveling across the country and then a long day at a conference today, I’ve ordered room service twice. The food was excellent and the service has been exemplary. Rosie was a delight.

A Standout Experience at the Pasadena Hilton! I accidentally left my iPad behind at the Pasadena Hilton, but thanks to the incredible Housekeeping Manager, Julio, it was safely returned to me! He truly went above and beyond, and I'm so grateful for his dedication. This kind of exceptional service is why I choose Hilton every time. Kudos to Julio and the entire team - you've earned a loyal customer!

A unique situation that was no fault of the staff or facility. A wedding party had a bit too much to drink and was causing a disturbance late at night. Staff came to the room(s) and did their best, but after the third instance we requested a new room on a different floor. They accommodated us and were super friendly and apologetic. Even though we didn't sleep the best, we had a positive experience given the situation. Highly recommend. Shoutout to the night crew!
